Exciting Times in WCRI 2024!

The ROSiE project had a fantastic presence at WCRI 2024 in Athens with both a poster and a symposium! The engagement and feedback from attendees were incredible!

In a 3-minute presentation, the ROSiE coordinator, Prof. Rose Bernabe, shared all the work we have accomplished. Following that, members of the ROSiE Responsible Open Science in Europe consortium, Signe Mežinska, Teodora Konach, and Olivier Le Gall, held a symposium chaired by Prof. Rose Bernabe. In the symposium, the ROSiE members delved into various aspects of Open Science, discussing the challenges, practices, and governance necessary for responsible implementation in Europe. The questions were many and the discussion truly insightful!

Participants received a special gift – a USB stick containing the ROSiE general guidelines, discipline-related guidelines, and training materials. Beyond the enriching discussions on the vital topic of Open Science, there were heartwarming moments as researchers shared how ROSiE Responsible Open Science in Europe’s work has significantly supported their research endeavors.

Stay tuned for more updates on our journey towards promoting responsible Open Science across Europe!
