1st Cross-SwafS Stakeholder Forum meeting – Kick-off meeting – Strategic development
The Kick-off meeting of the Cross-SwafS Stakeholder Forum for Responsible OS served as an opportunity for project partners to connect with one another, identify existing spaces for communication and exchange among projects in relevant areas of interest, and reflect on how such spaces could be supported, enhanced, or new ones could be put in place.
The session began with a welcome and introduction from the project coordinator, Rosemarie de la Cruz Bernabe. Each project partner then introduced their organizations, describing their start and end dates, goals, main activities and outputs. Discussions followed on the mapping of existing spaces for communication and exchange, as well as the content, organization and structure of the joint forum. The session closed with an outline of steps forward for the coming months.
